1.3.12 – JBC Passes ISO Recertification Audit
From December 14-16, ISO auditors were on-hand performing a scheduled audit of JBC’s processes and quality systems for recertification. Over these three days only one minor non-conformance was revealed which was corrected in the days following the audit. JBC has secured ISO Certification for another 3 years, something we’ve been proud to hold for well over 10 years. Our customers can be assured a long-standing tradition of robust quality practices will continue to be in place and improved upon for years to come.
At one point, when jokingly asked to produce an MSDS for “Pledge”, our Safety and Training Director instantly provided one from our database. The auditor couldn’t remember anyone actually being able to produce this MSDS in any of his past audits!
