JBC Technologies Expands ISO Class 8 Cleanroom Capacity
JBC Technologies Expands North Ridgeville Facility with New ISO Class 8 Cleanrooms and Clean Manufacturing Environments
NORTH RIDGEVILLE, Ohio – JBC Technologies, a leading custom die-cutting and flexible material converting solutions provider, is proud to announce the completion of multiple new ISO Class 8 (Class 100,000) cleanrooms and clean manufacturing environments at its North Ridgeville, Ohio headquarters. The expansion significantly increases JBC's capacity to support medical device manufacturers, new space innovators, and other highly regulated industries requiring contamination-controlled converting, assembly, inspection, and packaging operations.
Constructed in accordance with JBC Technologies' ISO 13485-certified quality management system & ISO 14644 airborne particle classification requirements, the new manufacturing environments are designed to support a broad range of applications, including wearable medical devices, diagnostics, advanced wound care products, skin-contact adhesives, aerospace components, sensitive electronics, and more.
This addition also features defined clean manufacturing space with controlled environmental conditions; a key way to mitigate contamination risk in assembly, packaging, handling, inception, and other secondary processing situations where ISO classification is not required.
The new cleanrooms and clean manufacturing environments are now fully operational and supporting customer programs requiring controlled manufacturing conditions, advanced converting capabilities, and scalable production solutions.
